Before You Order:

• Please upload the highest quality version of your logo (PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or a high-resolution JPEG work best).
• If your logo has never been embroidered before, a one-time $20 digitizing fee will apply. This fee allows us to convert your artwork into an embroidery file.
• Intricate logos may require minor adjustments to ensure the best embroidery quality. If changes are necessary, we'll contact you for approval before production.
• By uploading your logo, you confirm that you own the rights to use the artwork or have permission from the copyright/trademark owner.

Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 10–15 business days after payment and final artwork approval.
