PROCESSING & TURN AROUND TIMES

Turn around time (TAT) does not include the time it takes to ship, weekends, holidays, or owners vacation days. Some items can take up to twenty (20) business days to process before shipping. Turn around time is 1-20 business days on all products unless stated otherwise.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are not guaranteed to be completed.  Custom orders require a minimum of a four (4) week notice for all items to be completed. Orders can take up to 20 business days to complete depending on the complexity of the design. All custom orders are FINAL SALE and will NOT be refunded or accepted for return.

SHIPPING & LOST ITEM(S)

Graphic Tees & Co. is NOT responsible for packages once they have been shipped with USPS or UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by mail carriers.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Please make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Graphic Tees & Co. is not responsible for packages that are non deliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
