📦 Order Processing Timeline
All of our items are made to order with care and attention to detail.
Each product includes an estimated timeline that you can view before adding the item to your cart.
This timeline lets you see:
- When your order will be in production
- When it will be ready for local pickup or
- When it is expected to ship
Our standard turnaround time is 5–12 business days, unless the item is marked as a pre-order or stated otherwise in the product description.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and owner vacation days.
You’ll receive email updates when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Please note: All timelines shown are estimates and not guaranteed, as production volume and delivery services may affect timing.
🛍️ Local Pickup (Contactless & Easy)
We offer contactless local pickup for your convenience.
How Pickup Works:
- Place your order and select Local Pickup at checkout
- We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready
- Your package will be placed on our pickup shelf in our lobby
- Simply grab your order from the shelf in the lobby during pickup hours — no interaction required 🩷
There’s no need to let us know when you arrive or when you’ve picked up your order.
