• All orders ship within 10–15 business days, unless noted as a pre-order or otherwise stated in the product description.
• Once an order has shipped, Graphic Tees & Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

If a mistake was made on our end (wrong item, color, or design), please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery or pickup date.

• Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or refund.
  
• If the item can be corrected, it will be remade (no refunds issued).
  
• If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
  
• When an item is remade, no changes may be made beyond correcting the original error.
